Business context → product structure → working delivery.

Confidential client details and internal interfaces are intentionally abstracted. The case study focuses on the problem, my contribution and the delivery system.

Platform & infrastructure productization

01 / CHALLENGE

Client onboarding, CRM/reporting, payments, analytics, marketing operations and partner communication existed as separate needs. The problem was to shape them into one product and delivery structure.

02 / MY APPROACH

I translated cross-functional requirements into packages, flows, documentation and implementation-ready workstreams, keeping both client value and delivery feasibility visible.
